Del Webb Oak Creek is the only Del Webb 55+ community currently selling new homes in the Fort Myers area — and one of only two Del Webb communities in all of Southwest Florida. It opened for sales in the summer of 2022 with a grand opening in January 2023. The community sits just off Bayshore Road in North Fort Myers, one mile west of I-75, approximately 20 miles from the Gulf Coast.

The site spans 418 acres, with 97 acres of protected nature preserves and 86 acres of lakes. Del Webb designed the community around scenic lake and preserve views, with most home sites having water or nature backdrop. The community is gated with a grand hall amenity building, resort-style pool, pickleball and bocce courts, and fiber-optic internet delivered to every home.

As of mid-2025, the community is approximately 75% sold.
