The homes here are designed for active adults, but you'll be living inside a multi-generational neighborhood, not a gated 55-and-over enclave. For some buyers that's a feature (kids and grandkids fit right in); for others who specifically want an all-55+ environment, it's the wrong fit. We'd rather tell you that up front than dress it up.
