Gateway Mall commercial services are minutes away. Bob Stump VA Medical Center is approximately 15 minutes north on Highway 89. The access advantage over Prescott Valley communities is the same as the Gardens: 10 minutes to downtown Prescott without a highway drive.

For buyers weighing The Courtyards against Victorian Estates in Prescott Valley: The Courtyards offers the Prescott proper address and closer downtown access, but the townhome format vs. Victorian Estates’ detached homes.
