Interstate 55 runs through Bolingbrook with direct access south toward Joliet and Will County services, and north toward the DuPage corridor and Chicago (approximately 30 miles). Metra BNSF service in nearby Naperville provides train access to downtown Chicago in about 45–50 minutes. The Bolingbrook location is as functionally well-connected as any outer-ring suburb in the Chicago market, which is not always obvious from the Will County address.
