Preferred rates are not the same as membership. At the time this community was built, Regency residents received discounted access to Bowes Creek Country Club's 18-hole course. That arrangement is not guaranteed in perpetuity by your HOA agreement the way an HOA-owned course at Carillon (Plainfield) or Sun City Huntley would be.
