Also minutes from Ashburn station. No shuttle, but the drive is short. For buyers who can drive to the station, Regency at Ashburn delivers Silver Line access with gated living at a premium price.
~5 miles from Ashburn station — a bit further than Birchwood or Regency. Daily shuttle service and on-site bus stop make the access practical without a car. Del Webb's shuttle program is well-regarded by residents.
