The HOA fee at Latitude Margaritaville covers access to all community amenities — there are no separate membership fees for the fitness center, pools, courts, or entertainment venues. The club is a genuine private facility on the Atlantic Ocean, with seating, facilities, and a Margaritaville-themed bar and food service. It is not a public beach. Residents have exclusive access.
The access mechanism is a scheduled shuttle from the community to the beach club, approximately 7 miles away. The shuttle runs on a fixed schedule — it is not an on-call car service. If you want to go to the beach at 6:30 AM for a walk, check whether a shuttle runs at that time before assuming you can. If you want to stay until sunset and then get back, check the last shuttle departure.
Before You Commit to Latitude Margaritaville for the Beach
If beach access is the primary reason you are choosing this community over a Palm Coast or DeLand alternative, visit the community, ride the shuttle, and spend a full day at the beach club before making an offer.
