Brooke View is the only new construction 55+ community with a Boise city address — located in west Boise along the scenic Ridenbaugh Canal. At 130 homes and gated, it’s the most intimate of the Boise-area communities. The homes are customizable through the builder, giving buyers more personalization than Cadence’s Brighton product.

The Ridenbaugh Canal walking trail is a genuine amenity — a tree-lined path that runs for miles along the canal, quieter than the Greenbelt but scenic and well-maintained. St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center is approximately 15 minutes east. The location is genuinely urban-adjacent compared to Kuna (Trilogy) or south Meridian.
