Covered Bridge and Valencia Shores are in the same city, serving completely different buyers. Valencia Shores offers new-construction quality at $300K+. Covered Bridge offers 1970s–1980s attached homes at $100K–$200K. The monthly carrying costs converge more than the purchase prices suggest — Covered Bridge HOAs tend to be higher per dollar of home value because they cover more (exterior maintenance, some utilities) on older buildings.
