The on-site amenity package at North Myrtle Beach is functionally identical to Grande Dunes: same dual-pool setup, same court sports, same fitness and clubhouse format. The one genuine gap is the Ocean Club beach facility, which exists only at Grande Dunes. For residents who plan to drive to public beach access points anyway, the North MB amenity package is equivalent at a lower purchase price and without paying the Grande Dunes waterway premium.
