Solstice is Shea Homes’ luxury age-targeted active adult community in Littleton — 400 planned homes priced from $900s to over $1M. This is the most premium price point of any active adult community in the Denver area. Shea Homes is known for building the Trilogy resort communities (including Trilogy at Lake Oconee in our Sarasota market) — Solstice is their luxury Colorado product.
