OverviewAmenitiesCompare

The Club — 24,000 Square Feet

The Club at Del Webb Lake Providence is the largest amenity campus of any Del Webb community in Middle Tennessee. Built around a 15-acre stocked lake, it includes facilities designed specifically for an active adult population in a four-season climate — which means indoor facilities that other Sun Belt Del Webb communities do not prioritize.

15-Acre Stocked Lake

Centerpiece of the community. Stocked for fishing with canoe and kayak launch. Walking paths around the perimeter. Views from The Club and many home sites. No other Nashville 55+ community has this.

Indoor Heated Pool and Spa

Year-round indoor swimming — critical in Middle Tennessee where winters are real. Lap swimming, aqua fitness classes, and water aerobics programming year-round. Heated for consistent use.

Outdoor Resort Pool

Seasonal outdoor pool for spring through fall use. Lounge areas and outdoor gathering spaces adjacent to the lake setting.

Indoor Walking Track

Climate-controlled walking track inside The Club — a feature that distinguishes Lake Providence from Florida Del Webb communities where outdoor walking is year-round. Used daily through Tennessee winters.

Fitness Center

Current-generation cardio and strength equipment. Dance studio. Aerobics studio. Group fitness classes including yoga, pilates, and strength training included in HOA.

Ballroom and Event Spaces

24,000 sq ft includes a full ballroom for community events, concerts, and performances. Card rooms, billiards, game rooms, and multipurpose gathering spaces.

Arts and Crafts Studio

Dedicated arts and crafts space with organized classes and open studio time. One of the most active programming areas in the community.

Pickleball Courts

Multiple courts with organized leagues and open play. Among the most-used amenities in recent years as pickleball has grown nationally.

Tennis Courts

Lighted courts with organized leagues and instruction. Both casual and competitive programming.

Bocce and Shuffleboard

Dedicated courts with organized leagues and casual play year-round.

80+ Clubs and Activities

Lake Providence has one of the largest club rosters of any Middle Tennessee 55+ community — spanning travel, gardening, theater, chess, bridge, photography, and dozens more.

Walking and Nature Trails

Trails through the community connecting to the lake perimeter and surrounding landscaped grounds.
